Política de devolución

Puedes realizar cambios y devoluciones en los artículos que hayas comprado en THE LOFT WEB SHOP en un plazo máximo de 10 días laborables. No se permiten cambios ni devoluciones en lencería y baño.
Para ello, debes enviarnos un email a info@theloft.es indicándonos el motivo de la devolución. Te contestaremos en un plazo máximo de 72 horas autorizando el cambio o devolución y te indicaremos las instrucciones que debes seguir.
Es imprescindible que los artículos se encuentren en el mismo estado en que se recibieron, y con sus etiquetas y embalaje original.
